Bring the stock to a simmer in a large saucepan set over a medium heat. Peel the carrots from the baby vegetable roasting pack and divide into 4 bunches. Divide the green beans into bunches of 4 and tie together with the bunches of carrots using kitchen string. Add the jumbo spring onions and the baby swede from the baby roasting pack to the simmering stock.
Simmer for 5 minutes then add the bunches of tied beans and carrots to the broth and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the carrots are just tender. Adjust the seasoning to taste then ladle into serving bowls and serve immediately.
