Vegetable Pakora recipe

Mix gram flour, spices and salt in bowl

add the lemon juice and enough cold water to make a batter consistency. Leave for 30mins

Mix in all other ingredients apart from oil. Heat oil until it browns cube of bread.

Lower teaspoons of mix into the hot oil and fry until golden and crisy.

Serve with a range of Indian dips. Yum
