Heat the sesame oil in a large wok set over a moderate heat until hot. Stir-fry the carrot, peppers and onion to begin with, cooking for 3-4 minutes. Add the courgette and runner beans next, cooking for a further few minutes. Finish by adding the petit pois to the wok last and stirring in the soy sauce.
Toss well a couple of times to combine everything, then spoon onto serving plates. Serve immediately.
