1. Prepare all the ingredients as listed. 2. Heat the pan and vegetable oil. 3. Pan fry the tofu till golden brown and put aside. 4. Using the same pan, heat another tablespoon of oil and fry the garlic until golden brown. 5. Put in the brocolli, carrot and spring onion and fry until almost cook. 6. Add in the tofu, sesame oil and oyster sauce and mix. 7.
