These biscuits are wonderfully delicious. They taste better than the shop brought bicuits.
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in flour to form a soft mixture. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
Pipe 18 to 20 whirls onto a greased baking tray. Place half a cherry on each whirl. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 160C/325F/Gas mark 3 until golden brown. Transfer onto a wire rack to cool.
