Warm Asparagus & Pancetta Salad recipe

Steam asparagus for approx. 4 mins.

Remove and allow to drain. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice whilst still warm.

Meanwhile, place pancetta bacon in cold frying pan and turn heat up high. Allow bacon to cook on one side then flip. Once fully cooked at crisp, crumble over asparagus to serve.
