Boil the green beans in salted water for a couple of minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Slice and fry the mushrooms. Add a little butter when the mushrooms released liquid and are golden. Squeeze in a clove of garlic. Add salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and add to the pan along with the green beans, carrots and cabbage and turn around quickly so everything gets hot. Finish with finely chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
If you like it you can add sunflower or pumkin seads as well ontop of the finished salad
