Wheat free banana pancakes recipe

Mash the bananas and mix with the milk and vanilla.

Slowly add the flour.

Melt some butter or add oil to a pan and start cooking the pancake one ladle of mix at a time.

Cook one side to your liking and turn to cook second side.

Enjoy with some more fruits like bluberries or with some maple syrup!
