Place the haricot beans and shallots in a large mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning and stir well. Spoon into serving bowls and top with the flaked tuna and the chopped parsley.

Garnish with a sprig parsley and a few peppercorns before serving.
