Place the chocolate buttons in a heat proof bowl and melt over simmering water. Remove from the heat, allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
Place the raspberries in a bowl with the peppermint essence and sugar and crush with a fork. Place the fromage frais in a bowl then stir in the white chocolate. Finally stir in the raspberries to give a marbled effect. Spoon into glasses and decorate with a raspberry and a couple of mint leaves per dessert. Either eat immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
