Under pressure to provide fast, healthy, easy meals

Place the bisks side by side in a cereal bowl.

Pour milk round them up to their top.

Drizzle the honey over each one.

Keep the honey spoon, & eat with it!

Can add a little fruit or jam over the top (optional).
