melt butter and wilt garlic leaves ;2 minutes - - taking care not to burn
peel and chop potatoes into cubes
Add stock to butter and wilted garlic leaves , add cubed potatoes
Bring to boil - simmer 20 minutes
Liquidise ; serve with slices of garlic bread
salt and pepper to taste
Chilli strength to taste ; I added extra chilli flakes at the adding stock stage, as we like food hot and tasty , but one teaspoon of chilli powder was enough for our friends
