Kids can get involved by adding their favourite fruit to the mix, as well as the cherry on the top. For something extra special, sprinkle over some toasted chopped nuts before serving.
Place the milk, honey, crème fraîche and oats in a bowl and mix until combined. Keep in the fridge overnight to soak (add some more milk if the mixture gets too thick).
The next day, chop up the fruit and leave it to the kids to see who can make the most colourful breakfast! Add a blob of crème fraîche to the centre of the bowl.
For Rudolph’s nose, pop a cherry on top of the crème fraîche. Serve some milk in a jug on the side if desired.
