I participate in Tesco Orchard programme and receive coupon for free vegetables.
Wash, peel and cut carrots into cubes, put in saucepan and add water just to cover them.
Cook them to softness under cover, while cooking add around two chicken stock cubes. When soft add peas.
Heat the lard on frying pan and add flour and mix them together, when golden add to carrots and cook for few more minutes stirring.
