for the football fan. rollinho (little roll) is the brazilian interpretation of nutmeg. which is a technique used in football to trick his opponent and pass the ball through his/her legs. so the trickster may go on to either score a goal or pass it to a more strategically placed team member. nutmeg is also known for luck. so end product is edible lucky charm for brazil . mmmmmmmmm! goaaaaaal!

set oven at gas mark 3. 325 F/170 C

in a mixing bowl .mix butter and sugar together until pale in colour.

add sieved flour and corn flour to mixture mix well until it is dough consistency.

roll out dough to 1 cm thickness cut in to circular design with a cutter. from edge of circle roll dough forward until tube like.

place on baking tray cook in centre of oven for 25 mins. when par cooked sprinkle nutmeg on top of tubes. allow to cool.

fill cool tubes with cream. serve.
