Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Heat up some oil in a frying pan, when hot add the diced chicken and cook for around 8 minutes, adding the salt, pepper and garlic.
Meanwhile, get a bowl or saucepan and empty a whole can of condensed chicken soup in. Add your heaped tbsp of mayonnaise, a tbsp of luke warm water, the green chilli, 2tbsp of garam masala and a generous squeeze of lemon or lime from one half. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until the sauce turns a tanned colour.
Now place your browned chicken into a casserole dish and cover it with your mixed sauce. Stir well until all the chicken has been coated. Cover and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve on a bed of basmati rice with a naan bread.
