Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and cream until well combined.
Heat a medium non-stick frying pan over high heat, add the butter and heat until melted and just starting to bubble. Turn heat down to medium.
Dip the brioche slices in the egg mixture and cook bread in batches, for 2 minutes each side or until golden.
In a bowl mix together the yogurt and honey.
Serve French toast with a dollop of the yogurt honey mixture.
