This scone is delicious when serve warm with some cheese.
Put butter, salt and flour in a food mixer. Mix for 20 seconds till the mixture resemble fine breadcrumbs.
Add in yoghurt and milk and mix into a so dough.
Turn the dough out onto a flour board. Knead lightly. Roll into 1.5cm thickness. use a 6cm. round cutter and cut into 8 rounds.
Transfer the scone onto a grease baking trays. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes (Gas8/230C/450F)
