After much experimenting I‘ve finally, Through trial and error found a consistently successful recipe for Yorkshire Puddings
Mix well and rest in the fridge for half an hour or more before putting them
in pre-heated oiled or greased tins, Place on the top shelve of a 220 degree oven for 20mins.
Don‘t dismiss the time chilling in the fridge (it seems to work)
And try not to open the oven door until they‘re ready to take out
