Heat the oven to 200C (180C fan oven), gas 6. Pop the baguette in the oven (normally suggested time is 15 mins).
Fry the sausages in a non- stick frying pan, for 10 mins, turning until golden brown.
Stir in your barbeque sauce.
Take baguette out of oven, slice horizontally in half and spread with mayonnaise, top with chicken.
Open the bread up nice and wide and fill with the barbeque sausages. Cut into 2.
Ovens, as you all know, can really vary so keep checking in on the bread as you go through the other steps.
Add the chicken to the sausages in the pan, if you like.
