Preheat the oven to 180°C, 375°F, gas mark 5.
Place the salmon steaks on a baking tray and spread with a layer of cream cheese.
Mix together the breadcrumbs, lemon zest and herbs, and then sprinkle this over the top of the cream cheese.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes and serve with new potatoes and sliced green beans.
