Caff’s a registered dietitian specialising in gut health. She works in the NHS as a Clinical Lead for a community Nutrition and Dietetic service. Food obsessed, her Caribbean heritage gives big influence to her recipes that she ensures are nutritionally well-balanced.
With a big focus on bold flavours, marinades and spices, she loves to bring people together with her food and enjoys finding ways to add more colour, plant diversity and fibre in her dishes that are simple and tasty.
