Place the biscuits in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Tip into a bowl and mix with the sugar and melted butter.
Divide evenly between 4 glass bowls or wine glasses and pat down gently. Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.
Beat the soft cheese and whipped cream together until smooth. Sift in the icing sugar and cocoa powder, and beat until just combined.
Remove the glasses from the fridge and fill with the cheesecake mixture. Use a vegetable peeler to shave the chocolate into curls and sprinkle on top of the cheesecakes.
Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
