Remove the stick from the Goodness rainbow lolly and then place into a blender with the other ingredients and a handful of ice and blend until smooth. Add more milk as necessary to make the thickness of smoothie you like.

Pour into 4 glasses/cups and serve with a straw.

  • squeeze lime juice, to taste
  • 2 x Goodness rainbow lollies, stick removed
  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk
