Place the teabags and half of the mint sprigs in a large jug and top up with 600ml boiling water. Stir in the sugar until it has dissolved and leave to infuse for around 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, you can decorate your glasses by running a wedge of lime around the rim of your glasses and then dipping them in sugar to create a frosty rim to the glass.
It is easier to make 2 cocktails at a time, and to do this, place a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker with a small handful of mint leaves. Shake well to bruise the leaves. Add 200ml of the cooled sweet mint tea, 100ml vodka, and 2 tsp lime juice and shake really well. Strain into two of the glasses. Add ice and garnish with wedges of lime and mint leaves.
Repeat two more times to give you six refreshing Mint Tea Cocktails.
