Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan assisted), or Gas Mark 6. Unroll the dough and separate into triangles. From the shorter side of the triangle, roll the dough to form the brim of the ‘hat'. Line a baking tray with baking parchment, and lay the ‘hats' on the tray.
Press your chosen decorations into the dough, making a pattern. You can cut crescents or stars from the red pepper. Sprinkle a little grated cheese over each one.
Place on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve fresh from the oven.
