In 2017 Denai launched a restaurant pop-up, Dee’s Table, hosting intimate dining experiences designed around her favourite food memories. The event was nominated for the prestigious YBF awards in 2019 and led to her TV cooking debut on Jamie Oliver’s channel 4 show Meat-Free Meals. Soon after, Denai collaborated with British burger chain Honest Burgers, creating a Jamaican-inspired vegan burger with her own apricot scotch bonnet ketchup. She’s also written for food platforms and publications including The Guardian, LEON and Tasty, and published her debut cookbook Plentiful via Hardie Grant.

The Tesco Kitchen’s plant-forward veggie queen, Dee combines seasonal ingredients with her Jamaican roots and fusion flavours to inspire her recipe development - bringing you accessible at-home dishes.
