Authentic, yet achievable Chinese food at home

Kwoklyn Wan aka Man with a Wok is a professional chef, restaurateur, author and TV presenter. He’s also a Kung Fu instructor, so he keeps himself very busy! Growing up working in his family’s Cantonese restaurant gave him a passion for Chinese and East Asian cooking and his recipes always aim to be easy, authentic and fun. Kwoklyn’s latest book, Chinese Made Easy: Simple, modern recipes for every day includes supermarket-friendly swaps for traditional Chinese ingredients, demystifying the process of cooking colourful Chinese food at home.
