Lucy Upton is a paediatric dietitian and a lead expert in childhood nutrition. With over 15 years of experience working in the NHS, specialist feeding clinics, private practice, and public health, Lucy is dedicated to supporting babies, children and their families to find joy and health through food.

From weaning to fussy eating, Lucy’s goal is to demystify information surrounding children’s nutrition and feeding. As a parent herself, Lucy understands the real-life challenges of feeding young children – juggling mealtime battles, allergies and growth concerns.

Lucy is the founder of The Children’s Dietitian Ltd, a consultancy providing clinics, online courses and digital resources for families. She also works for a charity (The Feeding Trust) supporting children with significant feeding challenges and providing hands-on feeding therapy.

Lucy is the author of The Ultimate Guide to Children’s Nutrition, an accessible guide for parents in the first five years of a child’s nutrition journey. Lucy has also been a guest on BBC Breakfast, GMB, ITV and contributes to national press, podcasts and live events such as The Baby Show.
