Dina Begum is a British-Bangladeshi author and food writer, and one of the leading voices in Bangladeshi food, contributing recipes and writing articles for many national newspapers and magazines. Dina is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and featured in a micro documentary on Great Big Story as well as the BBC podcast Mission Curry. Her first book, Brick Lane Cookbook, was followed by Made in Bangladesh, which covers the six Bangladeshi seasons – summer, monsoon, autumn, late autumn, winter and spring – and is full of vibrant recipes and warming flavours.
