These fruity pots are great for making ahead of time and having in the fridge ready for breakfast for your little one. They're suitable from the 12+ months weaning stage*, but kids and adults of all ages will enjoy them! See method

  • Takes 5 mins plus overnight resting

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 320ml whole milk (or your baby’s usual milk)
  • 1½ tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • ½ small lime, finely zested
  • 80g blueberries, lightly crushed with a fork
  • 2 tsp desiccated coconut, to serve
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl, then cover and chill in the fridge for 2 hrs minimum but overnight is best.
  2. Sprinkle over the desiccated coconut to serve.
