Treat yourself to this wonderful sweet-and-sour cocktail and give this Christmas tipple a whirl. If you don’t have plum jam, you can use whatever you have at home – try strawberry, raspberry or blackcurrant. See method

  • 50ml Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky​
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 1 tbsp plum jam
  • handful of ice

  1. Combine the Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and plum jam in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard.​ ​ 
  2. Strain into a short glass over ice.​ ​

Tip: Swap the plum jam for any jam you have at home! Strawberry, raspberry or blackberry would work well.
