  • 140ml pineapple juice
  • 40ml coconut cream
  • 25ml lime juice
  • handful of ice
  • lime wedge, to garnish

Method

  1. Blend the Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky, pineapple juice, coconut cream and lime juice together with the ice until smooth.​ ​
