This mulled clementine punch is made with just 3 ingredients. This cocktail is the perfect hot drink to take with you on winter walks, simply pour it into a thermos and enjoy! See method
of the reference intake Carbohydrate 10.6g Protein 0.4g Fibre 1.9g
1. Squeeze the juice of 4 clementines and cut the remaining 1 into thin slices.
2. Pour the clementine juice and slices to a large pan with the cider, cinnamon sticks and 300ml water. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 mins to allow the flavours to infuse.
3. Strain the mulled punch into a thermos flask or enjoy straight away in a mug with slices of clementine and a cinnamon stick to garnish.
