Ingredients

  • 4 small just-ripe bananas about 6 ins long
  • 40ml orange juice
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2tsp granulated sweetener (sugar replacement)
  • 20g reduced-fat (lighter) spread

Method

  1. Peel and halve the bananas lengthways and place in a small baking dish. Pour over the orange juice then sprinkle on the cinnamon and granulated sweetener. Finally dot the Anchor over the top.
  2. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes and serve immediately with juice sprinkled over.
