Healthy, tasty and simple to make, the whole family will love tucking into this dessert of cinnamon spiced bananas.
Peel and halve the bananas lengthways and place in a small baking dish. Pour over the orange juice then sprinkle on the cinnamon and granulated sweetener. Finally dot the Anchor over the top.
Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes and serve immediately with juice sprinkled over.
