Don't let breakfast become boring – give these easy banana and toasted oat pots a go. They're a great alternative to cereal with added protein from creamy skyr. See method

  • 6 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 400ml Arla Skyr Natural Icelandic Style Yogurt

Method

  1. Sprinkle 6 tbsp oats on a baking tray with 2 tbsp sugar. Grill gently for 3-4 minutes, turning every minute until golden and crisp.
  2. Mash 2 bananas and mix with yogurt. Layer into 4 tumblers with the toasted oats.
