Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 400ml natural low-fat yogurt
If you don't have yogurt, try using cream instead

Method

  1. Sprinkle 6 tbsp oats on a baking tray with 2 tbsp sugar.Grill gently for 3-4 minutes, turning every minute until golden and crisp.
  2. Mash 2 bananas and mix with natural yogurt. Layer into 4 tumblers with the toasted oats.
