25ml Tesco Finest XO Cognac
25ml Tesco Finest Curacao triple sec
25ml (1fl oz) white rum
15ml (1tbsp) lemon juice
lemon peel twist, to serve

Method

Pour the Cognac, Triple Sec and rum into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add a dash of fresh lemon juice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel. Serve immediately.
