  • 25ml London dry gin
  • 15ml homemade cranberry syrup (1.5 parts cranberry juice to 1 part caster sugar)
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 75ml Champagne
  • rosemary sprigs and orange zest, to garnish

Method

  1. Add gin, cranberry syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until ice cold. Fine strain into a Champagne glass and top with the Champagne. Add the sprigs of rosemary and orange zest for garnish.
