Ingredients

  • 40g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 40g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 4 Tesco Finest all-butter croissants, halved lengthways
  • 4 tbsp pistachio crème
  • 100g raspberries
  • 20g pistachios, finely chopped

Method

  1. Put the white and dark chocolate in two heatproof bowls. Melt each in the microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring well in between, until smooth. 
  2. Split the croissants, fill each with 1 tbsp pistachio crème and some raspberries. Drizzle white and dark chocolate on the top half of the croissants and sprinkle with pistachios to serve.
