Nothing says summer like a Pimm's, and our frosty take on the summer classic - with fresh fruit and ginger beer - is sure to be a refreshing, cool hit at any garden party.
Pour the Pimm’s and ginger beer or lemonade into a large freezer-proof container and freeze for 2 hours or until almost frozen.
When you are ready to serve, scrape the Pimm’s mix with a fork to break up the ice crystals, then spoon into 4 glasses. Divide the fruit and cucumber between the glasses and decorate with mint to serve.
