  • 300ml cranberry juice
  • 100ml vodka
  • few sprigs of rosemary, to serve
  • fresh cranberries, to decorate
  • clementine slices, to decorate

  1. Place the clementine juice, cranberry juice and vodka into a large bowl with the ice and mix together well. Add clementine slices or cranberries to decorate then pour or ladle into glasses and garnish with a sprig of rosemary if liked.
