Method

  1. Halve and lightly toast 4 English muffins
  2. Spread with red pepper houmous and draw the pumpkin segments into the houmous with a cocktail stick.
  3. For the stems, cut small slices of celery to make the stalk and stick it into the top of your 'pumpkin', then add a few leaves for the final touch.
