Ingredients

  • 3 green cardamom pods, seeds removed
  • 500g pack frozen mango chunks
  • 250g low-fat natural yogurt
  • 3 passion fruits, halved
If you don't have yogurt, try using cream instead

Method

  1. Put the cardamom seeds, mango chunks, yogurt and 300ml water in a blender. Spoon in the pulp from 1 passion fruit. Blend for 2 mins or until smooth. Divide between 4 serving glasses, and top with half a passion fruit per glass.
