Put the fruit in a blender and top up with 150ml (¼pt) water and a handful of ice. Whizz for about 1 minute until smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
Smoothies taste better slightly chilled, so always add a handful of ice or frozen fruit to the mix. Also, for an extra vitamin C boost, use the flesh of the orange, as well as the juice. This will add fibre and flavour to your smoothie.
