  • ½ tbsp orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp runny honey
  • 25ml vodka
  • 100ml orange juice
  • thick slice of blood orange, to serve

Method

  1. In a tumbler, muddle together the marmalade, honey and vodka using a muddler or a long spoon.
  2. Top up with the orange juice.
