  • 3 slices six-seed sourdough bloomer
  • 1/2 x 200g pack mozzarella and slow roasted tomatoes
  • 4 roughly chopped anchovies in oil (optional)
  • chopped parsley leaves (optional)

  1. Toast the slices of six-seed sourdough bloomer.

  2. Scatter over the mozzarella and slow-roast tomatoes, shaking off excess oil, then top with the anchovies, if using.

  3. Grill on a medium heat for 4-5 mins until the cheese has melted, then top with chopped parsley leaves, if you like.
