  • 2 slices white sourdough bread
  • 180g pack oven roasted chicken breast slices
  • ½ x 340g jar Tesco Finest tomato & chilli pasta sauce
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, plus extra to serve, optional
  • 200g ball reduced-fat mozzarella, torn

  1. Preheat the grill to high. Toast the bread until golden. Turn over and top the untoasted side with the chicken slices.
  2. Spoon over the pasta sauce, then lay the basil leaves on top.
  3. Top with the mozzarella, then grill for 3-4 mins until the cheese is bubbling and golden. Slice in half to serve and top with extra basil leaves, if you like.
