Ingredients

  • 425g tin pineapple chunks
  • 200g pack Cheddar with chillies
  • 10g fresh thyme, chopped (optional)
If you don't have any Cheddar, try using another hard cheese

Method

  1. Drain the pineapple chunks and count the pieces. Slice the Cheddar into double that number of cubes (so if you have 30 pineapple chunks, slice the cheese into 60 cubes).

  2. Thread a cube of cheese onto a cocktail stick, followed by a pineapple chunk, then another cube of cheese. Repeat to use all the ingredients. Put on a serving plate and sprinkle over the chopped thyme to serve, if you like.
