  • ice
  • 200ml (1/3pt) vodka
  • 200ml (1/3pt) cranberry juice
  • 200ml (1/3pt) clementine juice
  • 6 tsp brown sugar (optional)
  • 300ml (1/2pt) soda water
  • 150g (5oz) fresh cranberries
  • small bunch fresh mint, leaves picked

  1. Fill a large jug or punch bowl with the ice. Add the vodka, cranberry and clementine juice and stir to combine.
  2. If you want to add a little sweetness to this naturally sharp-tasting punch stir in the sugar and mix until dissolved.
  3. Top up with the soda water and garnish with the cranberries and mint leaves.
