Nothing says summer like a cool, refreshing glass of sangria and melting apple juice ice cubes gives this cocktail a fruitier taste with every sip - the perfect drink for dining al fresco.

  1. Ahead of time, make the apple juice ice cubes. Combine red wine, brandy and fruit in a jug. 
  2. Chill for 1 hour. Add apple juice ice cubes and lemonade just before serving.
