Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of light red wine
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • ½ cup brandy
  • 500ml apple juice, ice cubes
  • 500ml lemonade
  • ice, to serve

Method

  1. Ahead of time, make the apple juice ice cubes. Combine red wine, brandy and fruit in a jug.
  2. Chill for 1 hour. Add apple juice ice cubes and lemonade just before serving.
